Furnished Rental Flat

 

Long-time clients wanted their newly acquired downtown flat turned into a stylish, turn-key rental property that would appeal to both men and women.  They requested that the project be contemporary and budget-friendly.  Warm neutral colors, imaginative lighting solutions and a creative mix of well-priced furniture with a few finer pieces produced a space that hit the mark for style and budget.
